At the end of the school year, students entering grades 1-5 were given a math packet with activities, websites, and apps that can be used to review important grade level skills over the summer. Completion of summer math activities at the elementary level is optional.

Katie joined the Hubbard staff in 2010 and served in such roles as special education paraprofessional, long-term grade 1 substitute teacher, office/recess paraprofessional, and reading paraprofessional before securing her kindergarten classroom teaching position in 2013.
